Michael Pabst, Shihan, Dojo Cho, instructs in Aiki Budo, a synthesis of Aikido and Aiki Ju Jutsu, both Japanese in origin.

Mr. Pabst began his training in Aikido in 1977. He has been the guest instructor at state run facilities and independent schools in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Indiana, and Ohio.

Mr. Pabst was the chief instructor at the Nashua, New Hampshire Tomiki Aikido Club prior to our 1992 opening of the Circle of Harmony Dojo in Powell Ohio. We are currently located in Columbus, Ohio, with affiliates in Vermont and New Hampshire.

There are no beginners classes. We are all beginners working at different levels of understanding.

We have 3 adult classes per week and one children's class.

Our Aikido is internal in nature and our Aiki Ju Jutsu is a blend of the hard and the soft.

Our students learn by doing.

Our art is devoted to avoiding conflict and the use of brute strength and forceful actions.
